5. Paani Foundation Website Redesign
Role: UX Researcher (independent)
Problem: navigation was a maze; key info—activities, press, contact—was buried.
Impact: uncovered 11 issues, delivered high-fidelity prototypes, won stakeholder praise and a teaching-assistant spot.
6. Ceiling-Fan Pull-Chain Study
Role: Human-Factors Researcher
Focus: why pull-chain fans frustrate users.
Findings: 40 % first-time error rate; proposed icon indicators to cut mistakes.
7. Jerry – the Junior Research AIde
Role: UX Designer (team of two)
Goal: one platform to organize academic research.
Output: full information architecture, user flows, and a Material Design 3 system covering 10 core features.
8. Project Sandbox (mini projects)
- Don’t Panic – Job Scam Resource — co-creator; step-by-step guide for job seekers.
- RTMT – Reading Text Management Tool — UI designer; streamlines text workflows.
- Figma Tooltip Plugin — developer; automates tooltip creation, now at 5.5 k users.
